Kyle M. Rowe

With a degree in Kinesiology from Illinois State University, IBFI-certified training, and a background as a Division I track and field athlete, Kyle brings a performance-driven, holistic, body-first approach to bike fitting. His experience in high-level athletics provides a deep understanding of biomechanics, movement efficiency, and injury prevention. Biomechanical data and performance insights directly inform every fit session, ensuring each fit is tailored to the unique individual rider.

Drawing on both academic training and professional certification, Kyle focuses on optimizing rider position for comfort, power, and long-term sustainability. Whether working with competitive cyclists or everyday riders, he takes a personalized, data-informed approach, analyzing movement patterns, flexibility, and riding goals to create precise, effective fits.
