Turin Bicycle Chicago accepts returns on bicycles, accessories, and clothing in new, unused condition, up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

Special order items may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Sale items may be returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

Special Orders

• Once items have arrived in-store, customers have 30 days to pick up non-prepaid special orders. After 30 days, these items will be restocked.
• Prepaid special orders must be picked up within 60 days of arrival. After 60 days, these items will be restocked and the amount paid will be issued as store credit to the customer’s account for future purchases.
