Service Philosophy

At Turin Bicycle, we pride ourselves on our mechanical excellence. Our mechanics work with bikes because they love bikes! We promise to treat your bikes as if they were our own. Here, safety, functionality, and fun are our top priority! We guarantee all of our services, and your satisfaction is our mission.

How it works

  1. Bring us your bike in person
  2. We’ll have an expert mechanic inspect the bike with you, recommending any necessary services and helping you make informed decisions about your bike. This usually takes about 5-10 minutes
  3. We’ll get you scheduled for service!
  4. You’ll have the option to leave the bike with us or bring it back 48 hours prior to your appointment

For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs for minor fixes or adjustments. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately.

Basic Tune

  • Includes Basic Tune-Up +
  • Full removal of cranks, derailleurs, and calipers.
  • Detailed cleaning in an enzyme cleaner
  • Re-installation with new cables & housing.

Complete Overhaul

  • Includes Deluxe Tune-Up +
  • The bicycle is disassembled down to the frame, all parts cleaned and re-lubed, and the bike is rebuilt.
  • We recommend replacing cables and housing.
  • Price fluctuates based on the complexity of the bike (components, integration, hydraulics, etc.)

Yes! We work on E-Bikes. Your bike must be pedal assist and safe.

E-Bike Policy

Drop-off Appointments

We’re happy to assess your bike on a walk-in basis. If your bike needs service but is still safe and rideable, we offer you the option to ride away that day and drop the bike off 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

A non-refundable deposit of $25 secures your time slot and is applied toward your total when the service is done. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Due to Turin’s commitment to speedy repair turnarounds, we’re unable to make appointments over the phone.
