Repairs and Service
Do I need an appointment for repairs and tune-ups?
Short answer, yes! Long answer: The best way to get service or a tune-up is to bring your bike to the shop for a quick assessment. From there, we’ll schedule you for service, and you’ll have the option to leave your bike with us or take it and return it 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Some repairs and adjustments can be completed while you wait or same-day. Flat fixes typically take 30-45 minutes (depending on our service schedule) and a minor brake adjust can often be done on the spot.*
*same day turn around is subject availability.

How long do repairs typically take?
Our service schedule is always changing. During peak months (spring, summer, fall), full tune-ups are typically scheduled about a week out (to our next available opening). Smaller service items can often be scheduled in less time, 2-4 days after your assessment. This is subject to change, and you’ll get a clearer picture when you bring your bike in for service.
Service times may also be delayed if we need to special-order parts or source other specific items for your bike that we don’t have in stock.

Do you work on E-bikes?
Yes, we do work on E-bikes. Please take a look at our E-Bike Policy and E-Bike Service Menu for details on service options and pricing. In short, we service the mechanical components of your e-bike but do not work on electronics, motors, or proprietary e-bike software (control modules).
Can I bring my own components for installation, like pedals, or a saddle?
Absolutely! If you have parts you’d like us to install, bring them at the time of your service or when you get your bike evaluated. We’ll ensure they’re compatible and add them to your work order.
